Fulltime Veterinarian Required with Minimum 2  Years Experience 

 

We require a fifth fulltime veterinarian to join our busy, state of the art practice in metropolitan Adelaide, so I can spend more time mentoring & training staff!
 

Pet Universe Veterinary Centres offers the highest standards of veterinary care. We have touch screen anaesthetic monitors and each surgical table has its own dedicated pulse oximetry and capnometry as a minimum. Non Invasive BP, ECG and core body temp can be measured ensuring safest possible anaesthetics and the best possible care for our patients. Our practice is fully equipped with in-house ultrasonography (with colour Doppler) for cardiac and abdominal work, flexible endoscopy, x-ray (CD and HF), air powered dental bases, and inhouse Idexx laboratory machine, so you are able to practice veterinary care to your highest level. We have a philosophy of diagnostic based veterinary care and encourage on-going post-graduate training with one week's paid study leave for approved courses with course fees paid for.

 

Our staff is friendly and we all work hard and take pride in our work. We believe in valuing our staff and providing a great working environment. We are 5-10 minutes north east from Adelaide with all the benefits of living in Adelaide. 20-25 minutes from the beaches and Barossa Valley Locally, there is a great variety of restaurants and cafes, new cinemas and facilities including fantastic public and private schools nearby.

Remuneration will be above award pay with after-hours shared equally between all fulltime veterinarians (our clients only).
